We are looking for a Founding Growth Partner to join Eduthropy at a pivotal moment. You will be the primary bridge between our pedagogical tools and the educational leaders and organizations that need them most. By building strategic partnerships and opening new markets, you will directly influence how critical thinking is integrated into modern learning environments.


In this part-time, high-impact role, you will have the autonomy to design your own outreach strategies and foster deep, value-driven relationships. You won't just be hitting targets; you’ll be advocating for a movement that empowers children and professionals to navigate a complex world with clarity. As a founding member of our business development team, your work will be rewarded through a transparent, high-upside commission and revenue-sharing model that recognizes your long-term contribution to our sustainability.

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the EdTech or professional development space.

  • A self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage a remote, part-time schedule effectively without micro-management.
  • Experience building and managing a CRM pipeline from the ground up, with a focus on long-term relationship value over quick wins.

  • Ability to provide strategic feedback to the product team based on market insights and prospect conversations.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure focused on commission and recurring revenue share.
